SMALL GROUP
Our personal strength training is done in groups of 4, allowing you to receive the attention you need at a more affordable rate. Each workout is structured with the basic human movements in mind, increasing your strength and allowing you to move better, feel better, and enjoy the things you love doing without pain.

TEAM
Our Team Training, led by two coaches, is a fun and challenging way to improve your conditioning in a group environment. Our classes are designed as circuits, beginning with kettlebell carries and a core exercise.
All exercises can be modified or substituted to accommodate fitness levels or injuries. This class is offered on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

EMOM
This class format is offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute, and is a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). A different exercise is performed at the top of every minute in this fast-paced workout that will rev up your metabolism. These classes are led by 2 coaches, and can be modified for all levels of fitness.
